Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
ALL orders (Custom or Catalog) are processed within 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Please note this does not include the initial 72 hours needed to discuss and finalize design details for custom orders. The total time to process custom orders is 7-10 business days prior to shipping and can be subjected to delay based on the number of changes made throughout the design process.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Omni Tinker is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost, please notify the carrier to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us of said damages at support@omnitinker.com (please see refund policy regarding replacement/exchange terms).
